DH Property has acquired a portfolio of 32 properties, consisting mainly of apartments and three retail units ranging from 70 to 200 m². Most of the apartments are let, while redevelopment options are being explored for some of the retail units, including a possible transformation into apartments. DH Property aims to make a positive long-term contribution to the liveability and quality of the homes in this portfolio.
