DH-Property is proud to welcome a new addition to the portfolio: the building at Ternaatestraat 93 in Delft. It is a characterful upper-floor building that was properly divided in the past into five self-contained apartments, each with its own house number and the required permits.
This acquisition fits our renewed investment strategy exactly. Given the long lead times of permit procedures within the current development portfolio, DH-Property is increasingly focusing on quality let property with stable rental income and long-term tenancies. That is why we deliberately chose to acquire this building in let condition.
