DH-Property is expanding its Dutch portfolio to South Limburg. In the municipality of Brunssum, several buildings on Rumpenerstraat have been acquired: numbers 54B, 54C, 54D and 56. This includes a vacant plot at the rear that offers additional development potential.
With this acquisition, DH-Property once again steps outside its familiar regions. That is precisely what makes this investment interesting. The buildings could be acquired at a very attractive multiple and offer additional potential thanks to the vacant land at the rear, which forms part of the transaction.
Together with Studio Schaefer, we are currently exploring the development options for the land at the rear. We are looking at a use that fits the surroundings and matches DH-Property's long-term vision.
DH-Property considers it important to discover opportunities in less obvious parts of the Netherlands too. That keeps the portfolio diversified and the strategy focused on property with a stable return and potential for growth in value.
