DH-Property has added an entire building on Rijswijkseweg in The Hague to its property portfolio. The building is currently in a dated condition and will be extensively renovated, extended and made sustainable over the coming period.
On the ground floor, we are creating a spacious home that will be extended at the rear towards the garden. The upper floor will be completely renewed and fitted out with four high-quality rooms for long-term letting. In addition, together with our architect, we are exploring whether two self-contained apartments can be added on the existing roof.
Sustainability is central to the development. Our ambition is to bring the entire building up to energy label A+++ after the renovation. On completion, the new homes will remain in our own portfolio and be operated for the long term.
With this redevelopment, DH-Property uses the potential of existing urban property to create additional, high-quality living space in The Hague. We look forward to a constructive collaboration with the Municipality of The Hague and all advisers involved, to arrive at a sustainable and future-proof end result.
