DH-Property is proud to add Dirk Hoogenraadstraat 3 & 5 in Scheveningen to its property portfolio. These are two characterful corner buildings on the lively Dirk Hoogenraadstraat, a valuable addition to our growing rental portfolio in The Hague region.
The upper-floor dwelling is delivered partly let, while the dwelling below is delivered vacant. That combination provides stable rental income immediately, as well as room to optimise the buildings as we see fit.
Over the coming period, architects Studio Schaefer will start applying for the relevant permits. DH-Property and its team will then take on the further sustainability upgrade, optimisation and future-proofing of both buildings.
Our goal is clear: to keep these buildings in our ownership for the long term and to operate them in good condition within our rental portfolio. We look forward to adding two more beautiful buildings to the DH-Property portfolio.
