DH-Property is expanding its Spanish portfolio once again. In the heart of Valencia, a project has been acquired at Calle Pez 8 and Calle Toneleros 5/7. It concerns around 600 m² of commercial space that will be transformed over the coming period into a high-quality residential development of nine apartments.
Within the project, four spacious viviendas will be created for sale. These apartments stand out for their generous layouts, and each has its own patio and outdoor space. That is a scarce and highly sought-after feature in the Valencia property market.
The remaining five apartments will be added to DH-Property's growing rental portfolio in Valencia. They consist of four studios and one spacious co-living home. In this way we add quality living space in an attractive urban location, in line with DH-Property's long-term strategy.
The transfer of the project is currently scheduled for late June or early July 2026, depending on the completion of the ongoing permit procedures.
With this acquisition, DH-Property once again strengthens its position in the Valencia property market. The international portfolio is expanded with a project that combines value creation through sales with stable rental income.
