DH-Property is expanding its Valencia portfolio with the acquisition of commercial premises at Calle de la Reina 72, in the up-and-coming and sought-after neighbourhood of El Cabanyal. The property will be fully transformed into three self-contained rental apartments in a location that keeps growing in popularity.
The property was acquired from a long-standing contact of DH-Property. The existing building permit was taken over as part of the transaction, which meant the transformation could continue straight away. The construction team has since started and the first progress is visible.
The commercial space will be divided into three full-fledged homes, each with its own house number. This creates a correct and independent residential layout that fits within Valencia's contemporary urban development.
On completion, all three apartments will be added to DH-Property's long-term rental portfolio in Valencia. With this acquisition, DH-Property once again strengthens its position in the Spanish property market, in a location with demonstrable potential for growth in value.
