This time with Danny van der Horst. Despite a portfolio of almost 100 properties, still a young gun (just 37 years 'old') who is well on his way to a place in the Quote 500 (dominated for years by property guys and girls; in that respect it is fair to say that bricks pay). Danny worked his socks off as a mortgage adviser ("my office in Wateringse Veld made the top ten several times in the list of offices with the highest turnover per employee") and then chose to go into property full-time. With success, judging by the size of his portfolio ("you can achieve anything, but the question is: what goal do you set yourself?"). An entrepreneur through and through, who has grown somewhat tired of the Dutch property market ("too many newcomers, too much government interference") and is enthusiastically working on new developments in Spain. Muy interesante for anyone interested in property who wants to know the ins and outs. Have a listen!
